@JioCare I already shared all details via DM yesterday evening and followed all troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still the same. Internet is not working properly and calling is also poor.

This is very frustrating. Please take this seriously and resolve it on priority. @JioCare

Facing serious network issues with Jio Internet speed feels like 2G even after a 5G plan,and calling 198 doesn’t work. Unable to register a complaint.
Looks like monopoly is affecting service quality now. Users are paying more but getting worse service.@JioCare #Jio #NetworkIssue

Facing very poor network quality on Jio for the past one week—calls are unclear and voice breaks constantly. I have already raised a complaint but no resolution yet. If this continues, I will be forced to switch to another provider. Please look into this urgently. @JioCare
