Experienced it myself now, that too multiple times.
Support team also must improve.

They actually behave like RUDE AND UNWILLING (OLD TIMES) AUTO DRIVERS now.

Poor drivers with attitude worse than AUTO DRIVERS.

On asking him to come to pick up point, he denied saying that it is traffic there.

On my assurance that it is not a time for traffic in the lane (generally in night, it is an issue), and said that I have luggage and kids, still he denied.

He said that I am waiting outside only

I have raised requested which objection has been raised to submit time extension request and deposit the applicable charges.

Without civil work completion i.e. roads, drains, water, electricity etc. ,
How are we supposed to go ahead ?

Request you to please help in getting the PTM letter.

Also suggest for time extension concern.

This is regarding online request raised for PTM (permission to mortgage) letter for plot in Sector 145.

Objection received asking to get time extension by depositing applicable charges.

Concern is that plot possession is not there yet.

Concern here is :

1) When physical possession is not done due to pending construction work, what is the charges required for ?
2) Pandemic has impacted all,
Authority, individuals, construction work schedules, builders etc.
Time extension must be extended by default
