What I've actually done so far 🧵

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@gaelmelen I'm currently building Ai drones in SZ feel free to DM me😄

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

Went to the Qiao Family Compound as a tourist. Left with a financial autopsy.

Silver cellars, red-crowned favor, and a collapse that took a few decades. What actually killed a Shanxi merchant empire. Notes below ↓ https://t.co/g66ru7B8Un

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

Quick follow-up to last night's post, with a real example.

This little ducted drone went from idea to in my hand in 48 hours. Total cost was ¥173, about $26.
Frame parts printed on my Bambu, the rest sourced locally, with AI helping on design and parts lists. Same drone, printed in two colorways.
It's not a product. But this is the loop I was talking about.

AI made software cheap to build. Hardware is still slow and painful.

I'm testing a hunch from my little lab here: can a small team with AI agents and good local suppliers get through hardware iterations a lot faster? Notes below ↓ https://t.co/A7coL8e40u

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@AdityaShipsHQ Maybe for software. With hardware it's flipped for me. Posting what I'm building is how I find the factory that already makes the part, and nobody clones a supply chain off a tweet.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@__albec___ The 31 seconds is the easy number. What I'd want to see is how often that quote still holds once capacity actually gets confirmed.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@MariaOnchainDev Same here. I've started treating prompt edits like code changes: change the sentence, rerun the same past days, diff what it would have said. Sometimes the "more patient" version just goes quiet right when it matters.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@Pickled_Lizard Like that it's measured against its own backtest instead of some generic bar. How long does the paper run have to be before you call it? A quiet two weeks can pass almost anything.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@hialdu_ Funding's the one that gets skipped. Hold perps for a few days and it can eat a price edge all on its own. I'd want drawdown and the funding line side by side.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@RailpaneDev Agreed. An analysis agent plus a hard fail-closed gate is the combo I'm comfortable with. The model can suggest, but it still can't send.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@BigJoesQuant @dayoadeosun10 Plumbing, same here. Stale feeds and partial coverage more than clever logic. I make the report say what's missing.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@edgebrake Exactly. If you can't beat boring after costs, the hit rate was just describing the tape.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@andrei_momentum Respect. Random-entry baselines are brutal in a good way, and posting the losses is rarer than another green screenshot.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@TheDeFiKenshin Appreciate it. If I can't write the fail condition beforehand, I'm just vibing with a model.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@HelloNhuga Would love to see the PBO/DSR. Deflating by candidate count is the step most people skip.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@KhanjanKavani Mostly research digests, follow-up drafts and scorecard writeups. Nothing public or money-moving goes out without my approval.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@jjdotdev Who signs off when the agent is confidently wrong? That's the box most org charts still don't draw.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@BenRyanMe That part's wild. People assume lower leverage just means surviving longer, not that it can finish ahead.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@VelvetSoul @Polymarket Building for myself so far, not shipping a bot people sign into. Dry-run until the logs look boring.

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@gabrielerizzoo Sure, followed. Agents handle the repetitive stuff like leads, follow-ups, docs and tracking. People still own the judgment calls and the relationship. Happy to compare notes.

Looking to connect with people who build:

- founders
- indie hackers
- AI agent builders
- traders & quants
- crypto / web3 devs
- supply chain & hardware folks

I ship trading agents, AI tooling, and run a cross-border trade loop with AI agents.

Say hi below, I'll follow back. Let's connect.

#connect

[PraxeoSys @PraxeoSys]

@almokhtar_al Followed back. Most agent stacks I see are way too casual about keys, so the security angle is welcome. Good luck with OSEP.
