I think all Zelda fans should get familiar with this game for legacy purposes but I don't find it required to sit through for the less patient.
Final Score: 5.7/10
Destructible Zelda Walls at their worst. The collectibles get cooler as the game continues and the bosses can be okay at times but Zelda has spawned many iterations of games with better bosses, more engaging dungeons, and considerably better sword swings.
copy bases are necessary can get confusing, and in particular there is one shard in Geo Star where I cannot understand how one would logically deduce how to obtain it. A Kirby game having tangible challenge is quite appreciated but difficulty is spread a bit unevenly.
The main song of the musical was aptly called "Chris Griffin Died from a Heart Attack" but since I made the whole thing intentionally full of continuity errors Chris would randomly show up in the plot anyways and yet sometimes the song would reprise afterwards
I once had a dream where I directed a completely ironic musical called "Sad Family Guy" where the entire plot was just Peter Griffin malding about the death of XXXTentacion. Also for some reason it took place 3 years after Chris Griffin died from a heart attack
I tend to blame Sonic's level design and emphasis on speed/momentum in a vacuum as to why I've never particularly enjoyed a Sega platformer, but I think I just have to conclude Sonic Team and I simply have different ideas on what "fun game design" is.
Final score: 3.1/10
