@uber_kenya I was trying to order a ride only to realize I got billed for an order I had paid for🤦🏾‍♀️ It’s ridiculous that your support fn on the app doesn’t seem to work and even worse that you don’t do reconciliations with your vendors. I need a refund for your incompetence.

@Safaricom_Care @PeterNdegwa_ You guys are requesting for the same documents I have already shared. The lady I spoke to before my ticket was raised confirmed all the documents were okay. @Sitoyo How difficult is it for a small business to get admin rights? This is frustrating

[Precious_Manyara @PreciousManyara]

I will take my time to rant about @Safaricom_Care and @MPESAAfrica
For the past 3wks, I have been following up with the team at Mpesa Business to get administrator rights so I can embed my till number to my business website. I gave them all the requested documents and they logged

@Safaricom_Care @PeterNdegwa_ I am honestly frustrated and heavily disappointed at this point. A ticket that was raised on Tuesday and anticipated to take 24hrs has ended up taking 72hrs with no resolution. 3 emails later and no one is responding to me.

[Precious_Manyara @PreciousManyara]

Now tell me why I have been writing emails daily since the 1st of April which go unattended. Looks like I will not be getting any help from them and this could be the last nail to my coffin, but @PeterNdegwa_ @Sitoyo you guys can do better!

[Precious_Manyara @PreciousManyara]

a query ticket 1-6UYLLGBK which was to be closed in 24hrs but they ended up taking 4 working days and only coming back to tell me that they could not resolve the issue since they needed some extra documents. Although frustrated, I provided them with the additional documents.

SURPRISE: The man who was Senate Majority Leader when SGR contract was signed has found it and given it to the man who was Budget Committee chair and PIC vice chair when it was signed and he'll give it to the man who was deputy president when it was signed --and that's historic🤔

My heartfelt condolences to the family of our Deputy president for the demise of his dear brother. May our Lord Jesus Christ rest his soul in eternal peace.

The video of the lady being harassed on Forest Road due to the boda accident. How did we get this low? If we so readily oppress one another... are we so badly scarred that we've such little respect for each other? Boda riders need to be kept in check. Uber style accountability
