@cohoalaw @aldosvaldi - I have copies of doc for you to see. One show $766 in unpaid HOA fees became $10,000 in "unreasonable attorney's fees". That 10x+ hike is beyond the typical definition of "Unreasonable Attorney's Fees"...by a multiple.
