If a country has debt (most do) then growth matters irrelevant of starting point in order to service debt. By that definition they are all better.

@Kit_Yates_Maths Enforcement of laws drawn up in a hurry is messy. Also: I may not agree with what they did but in theory if it were legal for them to meet to work then no greater transmission risk by eating together.. I’d not have done it personally
