This work demonstrates that WGS-based GenoPredicta characterization of MM from BM or CTCs enables comprehensive profiling of MM genomes, including a large diversity of genetic resistance mechanisms only detectable by WGS. Moreover, CTC-based profiling, which is increasingly recognized for its independent prognostic value, will enable more frequent monitoring, enabling both early detection of such alterations and more precise selection and guidance of therapy.
