@socialjurist Sir,In mcd,Most of the teachers are working on contract basis since many years,they didn't qualify the exam,dont knw the appropriate teaching methods,we, aspirants,studying day and night, Waiting for the vacancies since many years.We didnt getachance to work even oncontract basis

@socialjurist Mismanagement seems everywhere. If HOS is strict, disciplined then I think everyone will do his/her duty in a disciplined way. Fault of teachers is less than the fault of head of the school. When leader(HOS) doesnt follow his duty properly, how followers can?

Got hundreds of similar requests on my whatsapp. Why should I help you? Tell me what is your contribution towards children's rights to education or society? Most teachers after employment don't teach students in govt & municipal schools & are only concerned about their salaries.
