Horrible experience from samsung's pickup and drop service. Why do you even have the service when no one comes to pickup the device? The service center keeps postponing the pickup.

@_PVRCinemas horrible experience at PVR orion mall. Paid for the most expensive seat in the venue. Recliner only to get blocked by a person who doesn't want to recline. Staffs are hopeless. They were rude and horrible. I am 5'8". Your seating is horrible. Couldn't read subtitles
