Garney Construction, Preload’s site subcontractor has demolished the old 10.0 MG concrete ground storage tank and is in the final stages of completing the excavation and proof-rolling the foundation before placing the structural fill base that the new 7.0 MG tank will be set on.

The runner-up was two 10,000,000 -gallon tanks in Mobile, AL
