On World Mental Health Day I wanted to break my (unintentional) social media silence and share a photo from what was one of the darkest periods of my life.

The excitement and joy of becoming a parent were completely lost to fear, anxiety, worry and concern.

My sons spent 9 weeks in hospital, but the mental health impacts were far longer lasting. In fact, I don't think I've ever been quite the same person.

Is it possible that nurse Lucy Letby is innocent? This criminal lawyer thinks so.

Could the whole thing be a cover-up? Or a set-up? Could there be links to organ-harvesting? Some people think so. Perhaps police should investigate the Trust’s bank accounts around the time of those poor babies’ deaths.

Remember - unless you are personally involved in the case, all you really ‘know’ is what you read in the papers, see on TV and hear in the news. Anything you see, you’re MEANT to see. There are agendas at play here that most people know nothing about.
