@WestJet I filed a complaint Dec 2025, and provided all the requested documentation on Dec 27th and still waiting to hear back. Tried contacting customer support and email is the only method of contact and tried emailing a few times and no response. How can I get an update?

@AHoensbroech I filed a WestJet Vacations complaint back in Dec 2024 and have been going back and forth since. I submitted all requested documents on Dec 27 and haven’t heard anything. I’ve sent follow‑up emails and tried calling, but was told email is the only option. Pls assist

@WestJet I’ve been waiting for a response to my WestJet Vacations complaint since Dec 2024. All documents were submitted on Dec 27, and I’ve followed up multiple times with no reply. Customer service says email is the only contact method. This delay is unacceptable. Update pls?

@GOtransitST @GOtransitST why have there been several track switch issues on the Stouffville line lately? First a cancelled train and now holding at Agincourt due to signal track issues. Stouffville line doesn’t seem to be a reliable way to commute into the city.

@GOtransitST winter storms aside train has been getting into Stouffville GO station a few minutes late on the 4pm train departing from Union Station. I understand it’s the second last stop, and the train significantly slows down after Mount Joy. Any way to ensure timely service

@RoyalMailHelp @canadaposthelps Trackable express package was sent from the UK to Canada. Both sender and receiver have contacted their respective mail service and both ends are not able to track and provide a status. Please provide an update as the tracking number is useless.

@GOtransit Just outside Union Station and waiting to be let out. 4 trains have passed us going in….please let the 4:17 lakeshore east train to deboard!

@GOtransit Hi @GOtransit @GOtransitST the Stouffville train specifically 8:24 am arriving into Union Station both doors never open, I’d recommend you double checking unless the train rep is unaware they need too.

@GOtransitST @GOtransit 7:33 am train has been consistently full, with passengers having to stand from Miliken station, only to get to Union Station and have 1 door open to let passengers out slowly.

@GOtransitST @GOtransit should be monitoring ridership and ensure priority of both doors opening to let passengers out, vs allowing a frequent service Lakeshore line train have both doors open to allow passengers to get off.

@GOtransitST @GOtransit Changes to service update did not include that until April 19th there will be GO Bus service out of Union Station, resulting in no GO service on the Stouffville line after the last train at 7:13pm. This is a huge oversight in communication
