They’re robbing you in broad daylight
You wonder why the cost of living keeps going on… it’s the money printer
The more dollars in circulation, the less yours are worth
Masters and slaves of money
Historically those who are able to manipulate the money supply take advantage of those who are forced to spend their time to create the same money
This is a very slippery slope and we’ve seen the aftermath of this phenomenon play out before

Have you ever wondered if it's worth hiring someone to answer calls
Or even overflow calls?

Business buyers need to move slowly and be deliberate.
You need to set your terms and stick to them.
Don't be pressured by the seller or broker.
Stop forgoing seller notes, giving non-refundable deposits, overlooking major diligence concerns, etc.
Have the backbone to walk.

Forget about Bitcoin
Housing always has been and will be the currency of the future
- Can always be traded, sold, rented
- Produces a yield every year
- Has value regardless of what the dollar is doing
I'll DCA into rental properties, not Bitcoin
I’m sitting on a beach in Costa Rica, this entire trip costed me $0.
This isn’t clickbait, the key is credit card points
Here’s how you can do the same:
Step 1:
Start with the end in mind
What adventure do you want to take?
My fiancé and I wanted to try work from home in a Latin American country for 30 days.
We knew this would entail
• Flights
• Accommodation
• Food/drink/adventure expenses
• While still paying for everything back home
Important note:
Realize that getting there with a credit card means having discipline and consistency. If you can’t learn those traits this isn’t for you.
Remember, credit cards are a profitable business for the credit card companies.
Meaning on average, it’s a losing game for consumers, you have to beat this trend to be successful.
Moving on..
Step 2:
Pick a credit card
If you’re starting out I recommend a free cash back credit card.
I’ve had a few of these already so I wanted to try something new:
- Chase Sapphire Preferred ($95/yr)
It’s worth it if you take advantage of the rewards, but it’s not necessary.
Make sure to time the start of your new card with a big purchase so you make sure you can take advantage of the bonus offer.
Almost every card has a welcome bonus offer that requires you to spend X amount in 3-6 months.
I got $750 worth of points right off the bat when I completed that bonus offer.
Step 3:
Use your credit card like a debit card!
Pay off your credit card every 2 weeks or every month and don’t spend what you don’t have.
If you’re disciplined with your income + expenses you should be using your credit card to pay pretty much every expense (except those that charge you an extra fee for using one)
Just make sure your credit utilization doesn’t go over 30%.
Meaning if your limit is $10k/m, try to limit your spending to $3k/m
If your limit is too low for your spending, you can always ask for it to be raised and 9/10 they will raise it.
Also, track your credit as you use your card.
You won’t see much affect at first but over time if you use it correctly your credit will climb
Step 4:
Book your trip and enjoy!
Either use cash back or points to book your trip.
In less than 12 months we were able to cover the cost of housing for a month and flights with our credit card points!
We still have to pay for food and adventures but we know that’s within our monthly budget so we have no worries!
Have you ever taken a trip with credit card points?
