A full set of these in a few years time could weigh around 8kg for a full set, averagely 5-6kg and little growing ones a tiny 1-2kg.

Antlers, part 2,

Velvet is removed by itching and rubbing on trees and saplings, which causes the soft antlers underneath to harden and turn from bright white to polished brown.

Antlers grow back to their full size from scratch each year in just 5 short months!
