Hospitals can make clerical errors. But when they admit and officially correct them, shouldn’t insurers accept it for a valid claim? Instead, full claim rejection and policy termination. This sets a dangerous precedent for policyholders. A fair resolution is urgently needed.

I chose @careinsuranceIN trusting their reputation, but delays and rejection over a proven clerical mistake caused major financial stress. I had to borrow from family and savings. The mental toll is real for private jobholders like me. @IRDAI_India please look into this.
