"Prequel: Precede" covers the longest contiguous stretch of time of any update. I have to word that a very specific way since one of the recent updates with Atrantu has like two months of timeskips in it as a joke.

Speaking of weird printed extras: I'm still doing stuff like that! The new shirt comes with some 2000s-esque stickers and a pretty lengthy comic styled after era-appropriate indie trash. The building kit instructions have comics in them too, like a lot of Lego sets did back then.
The original copies of this sidestory were printed on laid paper with some effects over it emulating old printing. It turned out really nice.
The printed merch extras are always a lot of fun to make; I try to do something weird and new with them every time.
The Precede side story has a lot of my visually favorite parts of the comic. It's also like ten years old now so I don't have to worry about spoilers and can just be like "look at these pics, they're really cool and I'm proud".
It's also an okay alternate start for new readers?

The old crowdfunding receipt comic is the sidestory that was the most frustrating to write, because a different version got sent to people depending what they bought. Every once in a while I just do something really stupidly overcomplicated https://t.co/94YDwg9uiy
I won't stop.

"Rise of the Spider Cult" is the update with the longest average playtime. People usually take a few hours to get through it. https://t.co/cZMvLjliQy
It's also the only update where the main character can die. There's no Katia-style "that's dumb, I won't do that" here.
@Laura_Le_Bold There were two color options for the back, yeah, but the faces are the same between the two decks. The stars that match up are just the closest ones to the sides in the constellations.
(The whole thing is very subtle)
If you have a deck of the playing cards I made a million years ago, you can match the stars on the edges to assemble them into an elaborate visual guide of the safest routes for escape.
Nobody ever found it without explicitly being told, but that was kinda the point.
"Aggy: Pass down" is technically the update that had the longest wait between updates. I posted it toward the end of that big hiatus in 2017. https://t.co/rIOFCOQLMy
It takes place in Morrowind, meaning over 20% of the people in the update die by the end of it. This is normal.
@Rexbol_Stuff No, I just meant in reference to the broader lore/setting (Aggy himself has no interest in escaping Morrowind because he is a dark elf and finds it perfect).

@galadinosaur You made me check this and there's actually a code error in the first battle that lets you beat it by just peeing nonstop the whole time.
This game is really complex to find mistakes in.
I'm pretty sure Spider Cult is also the update with the most text, but a normal, functional person who approaches situations in comprehensible ways will never see most of it.

@DeltaPangaea I've been quietly trying to decipher Twitter's logic. From what I can tell, the original pic of Katia/Quill was marked as Adult, and this also means any image in a quote of it is marked as adult, but not images in a quote of that quote.
@AniCaneko My favorite death is if you get the key, leave it somewhere east of the bridge, cross the ravine back to the west, and cut the rope, she gets struck by lightning to prevent a softlock.
