@4ktdiddy@nantucketnupe@hennyruggsiii Probably walk away from their designated space which I am not supposed to be in, and which they are encouraging me to leave.
I think that would be my natural reaction because I’m not a bloodthirsty psychopath.
@PresbyPilgrim I played the Hymn “Holy, Holy Holy” the other day, the rendition by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir or something like that.
They changed the lyrics “God in three Persons, blessed Trinity.” to “God in his glory, blessed deity.”
Absolutely shameless lol
@defoe_john33@davidearlrhodes@kangminlee@sanskarstine Taking someone else’s right to live because of your speculation that their life might be too difficult is repulsive.
By your line of logic, it would be morally acceptable to walk around town executing the homeless if their lives seem miserable enough.
@ZoomerHistorian What’s funny is that they insist that those of us with 400yr roots in this land aren’t ethnic Americans because “that doesn’t exist” so then ok, we must be ethnic English instead. And then you go to England and they tell you that English is not an ethnicity either lol.
@TPAction@VivekGRamaswamy I wonder if Bin Laden had just gotten a Visa and worked hard, would he have become a true American? What if the current head of the Taliban decides to drop it all and come work hard? If he gets a passport is he just as American as Joe Wilson whose ancestors came on the Mayflower?
@CoreyJMahler This is actually a really solid point which I’ve never really put together. I’ve lived in the Deep South my entire life, and Southern Baptists love leading a Christian life until it threatens their comfortable lifestyle.
@VivekGRamaswamy Absolutely NOT. You don’t get to walk into someone’s home, claim “We all agreed that it’s OUR home now!” And then invite all the tramps off the street to come sleep on “our” couches.
We are us. You are them. In the same way that we cannot become them, they cannot become us.
God created you so that you would glorify His name. Every day, you betray Him, and curse Him in your heart.
Instead of seeking retribution against you, He incarnated, suffered torture, and died in order for you to live.
And then He arose from the dead, defeating death forever.
@redeemed_zoomer I originally typed out a paragraph in response to this tweet, but it all really boils down to:
No. You are wrong. Way wrong. Simply not a valid opinion.
Bilbo is the best though
