@TATACLiQLuxury I have been trying to cancel my order since 2 days but not been able to!!! I’m being bullied into accepting it and then returning it! The product is eligible for cancellation but still not getting the ‘cancel’ option!
@airvistara just got a message saying my flight is rescheduled to the next day!! The customer care guys confirmed they will put us in a different flight but now saying won’t happen! What service is this? The least you can do is give us an alternate flight!

UK 15 flight from bbay to london. Lot of alternates available online. The customer care guys promised us alternates and then keep hanging up the phone! I have names of those ppl as well

@mamaearthindia order tracking is showing the package as lost and getting no help from customer care!!!! Not receiving updates on the delivery!! Very very unhappy with the process this time.
@shoppersstop The only email I have got is an acknowledgment with a case reference number 3 days ago- after which I haven’t heard back and that’s why I’m reaching out on Twitter.
