Add @Rivals to that now.
$400 to be evaluated is crazy work.

[Josh Straughan @JoshStraughan1]

Parents, if any of these “scouts” approach you from these services:

NCSA
Field Level
NSR
SPORTS RECRUITS
GO BIG RECRUITING

They will take your money, create a profile on a website that nobody uses and never return your calls or answer your questions.

RUN AWAY‼️

[Preston Giet @PrestonGiet]

Please don't pay Rivals for stars!
#recruiting #football @HighSchoolBlitz @SCHSL

[Nick Vagnone @NickVagnoneLR]

He won’t tell you the kid mentioned, ALREADY HAD OFFERS. Disgusting money grab from a company that couldn’t care less about if you play CFB! Spend your money on UNIVERSITY PROSPECT CAMPS, UNOFFICIAL VISITS & TRAINING. Offers are earned from your tape, grades & character!

[Preston Giet @PrestonGiet]

Recruits... PLEASE. Don't ask your parents to pay $400 in hopes of getting a star or two thrown your way from them...

There are some reputable and reasonable people out there that can help, but most can't do anything for you that you can't do
@SummervilleFBRC @SummervilleFB

[Ryan Williams @RWi11iams]

Waste of money. We don’t recruit based on rivals rankings.

[Preston Giet @PrestonGiet]

This is insane. If your kid wants Rivals Stars... just shell out $400.

Build relationships with coaches through emails and DM's. You don't have to spend a dime to get recruited.

With the transfer portal, NIL, and every other outside influence-- there is no playbook for navigating the college recruiting process.

Summerville's Preston Giet, with a D1 athlete daughter and future D1 athlete son figured- why not write one?

"No Stars Required"

The Parents Playbook to College Recruiting is now out. The former Green Wave Coach is now a published author.

[Preston Giet @PrestonGiet]

Confused about the process? Coaches ghosted your kid after a great conversations?
