@youbroadband Multiple outages every week on Baner Pashan Link Road in Pune. Why are we paying you for your services when you cannot keep services running continuously for even a week?
We can't file a ticket when the app notifies us of a common outage and ETAs shown are not met!

The way out to the service road stays choked for hours on end. Took us 25 min from mall gate to get on to the service road. I pity the residents around this mall. Need traffic police to be posted there all the time.

@MillenniumPune Beautiful mall if you can get to it. Ridiculous road, parking, and valet management. Ordered car to be brought out on app, showed 19 min, took 60+..and when I went to the valet desk and asked him to find my key which had never been given to the drivers.

@myflowertreemft Absolutely unacceptable delay on Mother's day. Ordered at 8am, promise of delivery was 6am to 9pm same day and it's past 10 and no sign of delivery. Customer service is non existent. Will not be accepting orders anymore and expect a full refund immediately!
