I don't think this is possible.
There's no qualified doctor that does CS just because the husband doesn't want vagina delivery(due to wanting a tighter vagina).

CS is opted for when there's placenta previa, multiple gestation, Breech presentation and for fetuses over 5kg on USS.

Also, Drs advise to stop having kids after 3 C-section delivery.
