Wow @waitrosewine @waitrose what a con your Buy 6 save 25% offer is! You send an email saying order before 7th Nov, ordered on 6th, invoiced price with discount. First delivery slot available 9th, so you charge full price! Absolutely shocking tactics!! @BBCWatchdog
