@MDMorrison82 This is the love story the world needs right now. And if you’re ever in Glasgow you’d be assured of the warmest welcome. One of us, now, my friend. 🏴🇺🇸
@InkyplotsArt I’m both 12 years and 6 years on from losing my parents, but still remember having to pull over while driving because ‘Dance with My Father’ came on the radio.
I hope you’re making your way through this raw stage as best as possible xx
@clumsyoaf33 Thank you for this recommendation…had to stop HRT recently due to increased stroke risk, and my 3am wake up call has resurfaced. Looking for a suitable replacement 👍🏻
@sigourneybeaver This popped in my timeline, and I just got some yesterday too. I had to show ID and sign for the prescription. Seriousness reduced as the pen had purple ink in it. 🙄
@InkyplotsArt I took a lot of comfort from watching things my Mum loved. I DEVOURED Judge Judy for a year. Then all the movies she loved, and I could hear her laughing at the memorable/repeatable lines.
I’m so sorry for your loss x
@clumsyoaf33 I mentioned I’d had some success taking St John’s Wort for anxiety, but that I know it’s not for everyone. A man bollocked me for giving ‘dangerous medical advice’.
@clumsyoaf33 The way his mum was talking to him when he forgot briefly that the cameras were running was hysterical. She scolded him like a daft wee boy. Beautiful.
@MumbrianSpinner I used Close Brothers for my folks house. They were really efficient to deal with, and very clear on the conditions of the policy (regular checks etc). Also very easy to terminate when no longer needed.
@MittenDAmour I loved my Gran’s Tramp when I was really wee. Imagine calling a perfume that these days?!
Loving Discotheque samplers atm. Can’t get enough of these sample packs.
@thisissavvy1 Colleague or friend: I have period pain.
Me: I have painkillers if you need them.
That’s it. That’s the only interaction. I am 53. It has never been anything but this.
