Today, thank You for a new day with breath in my body. real heavy on checking on the people we love, saying “make it home safe,” and not waiting until it’s too late to show love. Life changes way too fast. Keep the people connected to me covered, mentally and physically. And if somebody’s been carrying a lot quietly… remind them they don’t have to carry it alone. Today, don’t let me fall off—not in my habits, not in my focus, not in who I prayed to become. Catch me when I start slipping back into what You brought me out of. Keep me consistent even when nobody’s watching, and disciplined when I don’t feel like it. Remove toxic and harmful behavior and teach me how to choose me without guilt. Today, thank You for another day to breathe. I’m not asking for handouts—I’m standing on what I’ve carried and still didn’t quit. I took my losses and stayed ten toes. Wherever I need to tighten up, show me. I’ve kept my name clean and stayed out the way. If it’s mine, release it. If not, shift me quick so I don’t keep pouring into what’s not for me.
