@cagecals My best tip for severe urges is just tell yourself you can break in an hour or after a 30 minute walk or something and by the time passes I’m usually not feeling the desperation for food anymore. Hope it helps cuz it’s like my only method besides taking sleep aids😅

@prncessket My all time fav meal is shredded cabbage and carrots with cottage cheese ranch (I blend fat free cottage cheese, a bit of water, and ranch dip powder). Favorite snack is cucumber slices soaked in soy sauce and rice vinegar! 😋
