@CobaltFoxPlays @TwitchSupport Hey! While mutes are not DMCA strikes, it's still an irritating experience. Mutes are done through an automated system by Audible Magic, a third-party company. There’s never been a DMCA claim with Pretzel music. Read more about mutes and how to remove them https://t.co/Qds8gj96ws

@SigittaNew Hey Sigitta, after working through legal agreements, writing new code, and finding and fixing more roadblocks, we pushed out an update earlier this month. We have received reports of Mac users being unable to log in on the desktop we are now working on.

[Pretzel Rocks @Pretzel_Rocks]

To our Pretzel users, we are aware of a YouTube CID issue with one of our larger YouTube Safe Catalogs. We own this catalog and will be fixing this ASAP. Nobody will be demonetized in the meantime. We are sorry for any hassle this may have caused you, and we will keep you updated

[Pretzel Rocks @Pretzel_Rocks]

@imaSpaceboy We have a fix being deployed. All claims should stop, and the catalog should return to being active in Pretzel in 24 - 48 hours.

@Bryan_Valek @zachbussey Hey Bryan! Since the inception of Pretzel on March 19, 2017 — there has never been a single DMCA takedown for Pretzel-licensed music. We understand mutes are a frustrating experience but you can read more about them here: https://t.co/NFruwyleOS

@Shrk1990 Sure thing! The screenshot you have means it's YouTube safe. The orange symbol means there are vocals, and the blue circle means it's a mature song.

[Pretzel Rocks @Pretzel_Rocks]

@A_Sprinkletoes @Twitch While we understand VOD mutes are inconvenient, they are not copyright claims. The music may be flagged if it includes sample packs used by other artists or there are multiple recordings of the same composition by different artists. https://t.co/txD0jjnUGb
