Bought a brand new @SamsungUS washer from @Lowes in Feb 2023. Washer stops working 2 weeks ago & reported it to @Samsung for service. They outsourced the fix to Nana Tech. Their technician flooded my house. Still no working washer & property damage. Never again Samsung! 🤬
