The argument that Brady did it with a bunch of bums at WR is a lazy argument. It doesn’t take into account that they actually had a good HC and a defense that showed up in the playoffs, neither of which the bills have. Josh’s career is being wasted by bad coaching and bad team building.

Fire McDermott, pretty simple. Could’ve had so many offensive minded head coaches in the past 3-4 years. I’m fine if it meant for only a year we had a subpar record. And I don’t think Beane is a “bad” GM, I think he’s just not very good at drafting, he’s a great contract negotiator though.

Wow it’s a boomer going “back in my day us kids didn’t have all this stuff”, settling for second best must be the story of your life. The fact that McDermott is not a championship level coach is the most obvious and true statement there is. And if you wanna blame the defense every season but not the defensive minded head coach whose job it is to scheme the defense I don’t know what to tell you. Sorry to tell you I’m not happy with losing to the same team every year for the same reason. But I suppose some people like that.
