I've lived at the Ellison in Dallas a @CarterHastonTN apt from January-May and continue to get harrased by my neighbor every month beneath me for WALKING in my apt. He tells the courtesy officer he hears lots of walking. Mngmnt has done NOTHING to help me. I need to move asap.
