Dear @AJIOLife , if i paid 409 for a product, u cannot credit 350 to my bank account. You cannot randomly deduct 10% of every order and send me the balance. This is stealing . In plain simple words. And you have done this for every single returned item. #CustomerReview

Everytime @AJIOLife gives a refund to the bank account on an order, it deducts and credits 10% to the ajio wallet, which never reaches the wallet. Is this a scam, or cheating? Loot?
