Bcz I don’t think jio is interested to do business or customer satisfaction.

Its been 4-5 days to write down my issue here on X but still no solution.
My air fiber not yet installed even after paid relocation fee and complaint everywhere.

@JioCare i guess jio just there fiber service if they can’t run that, its been 1 week, i have done the payment online for relocation, but know one come for the same,or there is no direct customer care where we can get the status.
Sales person said you can take new connection,

@JioCare I have DM the details, even after there is no solution, no one is ready to relocate the air fiber, even after paid relocation fee, one of executive said you have to take new connection with paid fully new charge’s,
Is this service provided by jio, local provider are much better.

@ola_supports I have taken a ride today and the driver has end the trip telling he wont go to faridabad. Also he mentioned if I want to go he need cash and end the trip right after taking Otp within some moment and he didn’t travel for any distance but i got charged.
