Devil will be in the details but this looks to be a positive move which we’ve supported for many years.

The next step is to go further to really bring down the cost of building new homes and deliver the 1.5m homes that the Gov promised this Parliament.

Planning to under-build by design doesn't keep prices steady. It bakes in more rent rises, on purpose. 📈
