I'm in shock. A customer sent back a cheap phone case instead of an expensive beauty product, and Amazon actually reimbursed me for it! No copy paste bullshit, actually just dealt with the case properly. If only it was always this simple...

Ok January numbers are in - nearly double the revenue and twice the profit compared with Jan 25 - and that's despite losing the BuyBox on EVERYTHING for 5/6 days. Feb was my worst month last year so let's see how it goes 👊

Forgot to take a screenshot on December 31st but this was Christmas Day. Target revenue for the year was 500k so fell a bit short, but still happy with the progress in 2025. Decent growth from 165k revenue in 2024

A week later and we are back in business! Even with this blip, this Jan should be a lot higher than 2025

Setting another very difficult target for this year - £1 million in revenue.

Last year’s ambitious target forced us to push a lot harder and although we fell a bit short, we moved things along massively.

If we can grow similarly this year, we’ll be close to reaching it 💪🏻
