The first time they gave us the store contact, whom we tried reaching multiple times but they didn't pick up. Then customer care themselves stopped picking up. We are unable to cancel the order either. On the way to the store now.

We placed an order on the @KFC_India app at around 7:30pm. The order was expected to be delivered at 8:15pm. It has been about 2 hours and the order doesn't seem to have even been picked up from the store. We've tried reaching out to customer care multiple times to no avail.
