@usverbatim I cant trust you. Brought 2 usb pinstripe 128gb thumb drives and am being told that it's write speed is 4mb and it dropping to 0mb every few seconds is normal. What use with those speeds would u suggest I can use these for in this day and age. #donttrustverbatim
@SamsungUK Hi. Can you advise how I'd escalate a problem I have with support. I think 6 weeks for a resolution is too long. Especially as the problem is with no one taking ownership of my problem. I've asked several times in DM. No one will tell me how to escalate this issue?!

@SamsungUK 5 weeks on and after I believe we resolved the issue I recieve this email. I own a 325. Not a 324. Beyond frustrated with you guys now! This after issue is escalated. Extremely customer service
@SamsungUK why is your customer support lacking? All I want is the FREE S10e to Gear VR 325 usb C adapter it requires to work? Do you really need a 6 year old receipt before you help or do I just bin your devices as I can't use them without the adapter!!!!
@Metro_Bank why are you holding my money hostage? I have a reversal code. Your customer support is condescending and rude and told me there is no help available to me and if I try to escalate a complaint it will be shut down. Do I have to go to the financial ombudsman?
