@Tim_cheezy @luxemiaa I had full support of my staff. I laid out scheduling plans (I also was able to cut two employees; they were problematic, but my GM didn't want to fire them because then we'd be short people daily).

There's people that don't want to work that, but there's many that do.

@luxemiaa But also, I refuse to commute more than 25min from home. A 2hr round trip every day is so bad for mental health, with or without traffic.

My first job was a 45min drive, no traffic and it's such a time sink

My GM shut down my efficiency plan and then fired me, 😂

I believe in CA the video provides "intent" as this is being done on purpose.

This can be a hefty fine, PLUS jail time, if it gets upgraded to "assault", as assault is labeled as "intent to cause **fear** or harm.
