@TheAbojani they both carry the same high risk with a possibility of high returns. but am of the thinking that farming can easily turn your investments to zero with no recovery. for stocks you only incur paper loss but you can recover over time. here time is of essence.
@TheAbojani@NCBABankKenya I chart with my manager like a buddy. the only thing I think is too high is the fees. paying 100 bob every month to trade + brokerage fee of 1.8% is expensive especially for wakulima wandogo.
@kahome_steve I dont think SACCOs model is appealing anymore. I cant save my money with you and then take a loan form and go begging for other members to sign for me to get loans. its like a walk of shame for you to get that money.
@KijanayaKabras arent you contradicting yourself. first you see he was successful in business then you insinuate its the MP money that has built the bungalow.
@Thebiglade The money cant buy happiness saying is normally an incomplete statement. YES it cant buy happiness but it can add into it. We first need to be happy souls before even money is in the picture.
@NSE_Investors This means that the assets are not producing enough revenue to cater for its liabilities or the assets are absolutely illiquid. One thing I have come to learn and appreciate in investment journey is the liquidity factor.
@Ruttosharon254 i stayed in a pub for 3 days bila ata kufika kwa nyumba. unalewa unapass out unaamuka unaedelea. right now I regret that experience as HELB has invaded my payslip badly.
@Hey__Z why is there nobody talking about Stanbic especially if you have a small business use their till and their loan is currently the cheapest in the banking industry.
