according to @jucerasoli, it's believed that ferrari has the worst internal combustion engine. and, she said her source told her to expect surprises (in terms of the ADUO)

she suspects the surprise could either be red bull not getting aduo or ferrari being able to get the over 4% aduo, meaning they'd be allowed to 2 extra upgrades.

she said ferrari knew they made wrong choices on the engine, but they have a cost cap for the engine and they spent all that money up to august of last year. so, even though they knew, since august, that their choices were wrong, they couldn't change it. she said ferrari knows how to fix it, but they need the ADUO for that
