@HisenseSA I bought one of your fridges through GameSA. Within the first week of getting this fridge it malfunctions And on its own works again. Two weeks later it has an issue again but this time it has this issue for two days. I report it and am advised I missed the out of box

I missed the out of box failure time and it needs to now get repaired. I cannot understand that I bought a brand new thing and it malfunctions within a month I can't get a replacement. Prior to buying this junk of a brand fridge I used KIC and that fridge lasted me 20yrs

My KIC lasted me 20yrs and never not even on one day gave me issues. Hisense in less then a month needs to be repaired. I'm not ok to be honest and at this point I just want my money back and part ways
