SMS will offer flu vaccines for students on October 29th. Students must have a completed flu vaccine form in order to participate. If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Osborne, SMS School Nurse. We look forward to keeping the flu season under control at SMS!

Tallassee City Schools annual flu vaccine clinic will be Monday October 29th. Forms have been sent home with students. The student must have a completed form returned to the school nurse in order to participate in the clinic. The flu vaccine clinic is offered at no cost.
