Panther Lake’s first Skate Night of the school year was a roaring success. Over 275 skaters attended. We are looking forward to our next skate night on Monday Feb 27th 🛼🛼🛼🛼

Third grade scholars in Mr. Shook’s class at Panther Lake Elementary engaged in a learning discussion on fractions greater than one whole on a number line. Students will soon participate in state testing to demonstrate their math knowledge.

Young people can make us feel disrespected, hurt, frustrated, and angry. These are strong feelings. When adults react based on these feelings, it validates the young person’s behavior, and breaks a link in the chain of connection between. adult and young person.

What happens when you combine percussion, PE, energy and exuberance? Cardio drumming! @SilverLake_FWPS PE Teacher Ms. Klaas used drumsticks, exercise balls and buckets to introduce scholars to cardio drumming, where you move, groove, and knock to the beat to a choreographed song.

King County recommends mailing your ballot by the Friday before Election Day. In-person voting deadline is on Election Day by 8 p.m.
Though we received one-time ESSER funding to help offset the financial impacts of the pandemic, this funding cannot sustain essential programming and staff long-term. The EP&O and Tech levies fuel our ability to provide scholars with ongoing equitable opportunities.
