There’s a difference between culture and having a theme for the year. A theme does not equal culture. Too many schools/org move from theme to theme instead of building a culture. Utilize a theme as a tool to help you build a great culture.
While Premier Ford announced a move to host all graduation ceremonies outdoors this month, chair of the GECDSB says it does not fall within the public health guidelines - therefore all ceremonies will be held virtually.

Two pop-up clinics will be open this week to children and youth 12 to 17 years of age and any family member 18+ who needs their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Walk-ups only, no appointment is required. Youth must be 12+ on the day of vaccination. https://t.co/Pg0IshK3TN
