60:3=20 he is inly dealing 20 normal damage! Noat bazzilion, just 20 normal damage so exampel if. A jane doe has 60 hp she will only take 20 damage which means she will have 40 hp

When you use WSO for the first time (you don't have anyone grabbed) you will deal 0 damage even if you grabbed the survivors, after that you will have another dash, that will let you deal 20 damage+burning damage
