@TeePublic My order has been stuck in transit for over a month and is completely lost. Ups refuses to help and says it’s your job. No one replies to emails. I guess disputing this with my card is the only way to fix the issue. Great Mother’s Day gift. Terrible company.

@merchondemand @BaileySarian Please get your customer service together. Received an item with a ton of decal shadow on the pant leg (a foot or so long in some spots) it doesn’t look good AT ALL. Have sent email after email with no help. Such a disappointing experience.

@BaileySarian @merchondemand Hi Bailey, I was wondering if you were still helping people with their orders? I received sweat pants in my order that had long bizarre decal shadows (over a foot long in some places) over one of the legs and after they requested photos they completely ghosted me.
