@mymoneyview 17 days, still can't sell digital gold. Error: "couldn't verify details." I sent a screenshot, screen recording, and emailed the grievance after 7 days, no reply from anyone. Support keeps sending wrong templates. This is not acceptable.
@SamsungIndia I bought LS22C312EAWXXL and it has visible backlight bleed. Technician agreed it's visible to the eye, but refused service because it doesn't appear clearly in his low quality phone photo. Even said I should "wait till it gets worse." Is this really your policy?
Withdrew consent from MobiKwik app & asked for my KYC data (Aadhaar/PAN) to be deleted. Their privacy policy says it will be deleted when no longer needed—but now they claim by email that it "can't be deleted" at all. @RBI@IndianCERT@GoI_MeitY—is this even legal?
Their own privacy policy says data will be deleted once not needed or consent is withdrawn. Now they're inventing exceptions not mentioned anywhere—no transparency, no accountability. And this is a regulated entity.

My wallet it blocked in mobikwik for no reason, so first they asked me for self attested Adhaar card and bank statement. So I sent them. But then they asked for Self attested pan card also. So I sent all of them. Now they keep repeating the same email and harassing me @MobiKwik
@ZeptoNow I have ordered multiple times in zepto before, and this time I ordered and received a Christmas gift box, but saw the Christmas Gift box is tampered and items are missing. Delivery guy was suspicious. Customer support did nothing. I'm so disappointed at you Zepto.
