@GTPLHathwayLtd I got a call from customer support to AGAIN explain the problem. She said she forwarded the issue to technical team AGAIN. I just received the email that another ticket #37834263 has been closed. No one from technical team still called @GTPLHathwayLtd

@GTPLHathwayLtd ticket#37820928 is again closed. If no1 calld or visited, how have u closed ticket without me giving the OTP. You have a flawed process where tickets are getting closed without me sharing OTP or engineer at GTPL has access to OTP who can close it resolving customer complaint.
