@myabradshaw78 Mya, we don’t need Parliament for this. Our trade war is with the U.S., not our fellow MPs. All parties have agreed to support Canada and work toward a fair deal. Private meetings and cross-party consultations are far more productive than performative grandstanding in Parliament.

@myabradshaw78 Mia, no, trade negotiations don’t work that way. Both sides would have agreed to keep the details confidential. This round is over, but there will be another. Keeping leaks to a minimum and cutting out the name-calling will help get both sides back to the table sooner.
