それでも、遠隔地の農村部などでは残っているとされる。

「伝統だから」で済ませていいのか。

土地を守るために、一人の女性の人生まで兄弟で共有する。

現代の感覚から見れば、あまりにも過酷な慣習だ。

伝統を尊重することと、理不尽な慣習を肯定することは別の話だと思う。
