• जिस दवाई को आप इस विश्वास से खाते हैं कि वो बीमारी ठीक करेगी, अगर वो नक़ली निकले या उसको खा कर आपकी मौत हो जाए या शरीर का कोई अंग ख़राब हो जाए, तो इसकी दोषी दवा बनाने वाली कंपनी नहीं, आप ख़ुद हैं।

• जी हाँ! मोदी सरकार ने बड़ी फार्मा कंपनियों से आपकी जान का सौदा कर लिया है। जनता को घटिया दवाई खिला कर फार्मा कंपनियों के मोटे मुनाफ़े का इंतज़ाम किया गया है। नकली दवाई से मृत्यु होने पर दवा कम्पनी की ना जवाबदेही ना कोई ज़िम्मेदारी होगी।

• दो दिन पहल लोकसभा में "जन विश्वास बिल" पा��� हुआ।

• इस बिल के तहत अगर किसी दवाई से आपके शरीर में कोई गड़बड़ी मतलब खराबी (साइड इफेक्ट्स) होते हैं तो उसके लिए दवा कंपनी दोषी नहीं होगी। अरबों रुपये कमाने वाली इन बड़ी कंपनियों को बस एक छोटा सा फाइन देना होगा, अब न उसे कोर्ट जाने की ज़रूरत है, न कोई मुक़दमा लड़ने की।

ये सरकार बड़ी कंपनियों से मिल कर जनविरोधी क़ानून क्यों बनाती है? ये कैसा ‘जन विश्वास’ है?
